KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Technical Knowledge, Years of Related Experience, Skills, Licenses, and Systems Experience
Education:
B.S. degree in IT-related field, or equivalent education and work experience
Experience:
4+ years of experience writing complex web applications using C#, ASP.NET, RESTful and similar web services. Experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining, server hosted web applications and service. Experience developing Azure Functions, serverless applications, and other cloud-native artifacts in Microsoft Azure or similar platforms. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and frameworks to enhance development productivity, code quality, and software delivery efficiency
Skills:
ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL. Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Azure AI services, or similar). Familiarity with cloud-native development, Logic Apps, containerized services, and cloud-native data stores. Firsthand experience with application integrations high preferred Experience with Empower LOS preferred but not required
Boomi or other software integration experience preferred
TRAINING REQUIRED
Participate in additional training on sales, technology, products, procedures and pricing on an ongoing basis. Participate in sales leadership and FAQ calls. Complete annual training as required by company policy and law on an annual basis in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, code, and test components to make systems that are cost effective, scalable, high performance, and reusable
Modify existing software to conform to changing requirements, correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native technologies
Integrate AI tools and services to improve development efficiency and automate repetitive tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver innovative technical solutions
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption to solve business challenges
May be responsible for Boomi Integration process and development
SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES
Attend and participate in all Monthly Awards Ceremonies, Corporate Gatherings and Training Events. Read all newsletters and bulletins to remain current on corporate policies, procedures, and developments.

Work Location Information:
Embrace supports hybrid work where business needs allow, but is rebuilding a community that looks forward to collaboration within an office setting. All remote work, if allowed, must be performed in a state in which Embrace is registered to do business or presently open to payroll withholding, unemployment insurance as well as workers compensation.
