Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills and performance
- Manage recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates and selecting qualified personnel for various roles
- Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budget monitoring to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract customers and increase store visibility
Skills
- Strong management skills with proven supervisory experience in retail environments
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in retail math, sales management, inventory control, and merchandising techniques
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail software applications
- Ability to train staff on customer service excellence, phone etiquette, and store policies
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, and team development strategies
- Organizational skills with a focus on time management, shift management, and operational planning
- Knowledge of budgeting, purchasing processes, pricing strategies, and retail math calculations
- Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a positive work environment
- Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus

Pay: $90,683.43 - $109,210.15 per year
