Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend technologies such as Node.js with NestJS and database management systems including PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience with data management, as well as Angular frontend development with Typescript, and Tailwind CSS. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and integrating innovative solutions that power our educational and career development platform.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and NestJS framework

Integrate with various database systems including PostgreSQL using TypeORM

Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular (12+)

Implement responsive UI designs utilizing Tailwind CSS and Angular Material

Collaborate with team members to define and implement efficient solutions

Participate in system design and architecture discussions

Demonstrate an ability to translate technical theory into real-world, user-centered solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

Maintain clear and effective communication

Integrate and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) as part of the platform.

Work closely with educational content experts to align LMS functionalities with pedagogical best practices.

Develop custom LMS components or enhance existing ones, ensuring seamless user experience and robust data interoperability.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Angular frontend development

Proficiency in database management systems such as PostgreSQL

Strong understanding of backend development using Node.js and NestJS framework

Experienced with Object Oriented Programming

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Effective communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems—whether through development, integration, or system enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Angular Material, Typescript, and Tailwind CSS

Experience with mobile app development and/or React Native is a plus
