Role Summary:
Responsible for managing, optimizing, and automating network security policies using the Tufin Security Suite to ensure compliance, risk reduction, and efficient firewall operations.
Roles & Responsibilities – Tufin Specialist
• Administer and manage Tufin Security Suite (SecureTrack, SecureChange, SecureApp)
• Linux server management experience
• Own end-to-end firewall policy lifecycle including request, risk analysis, approval, implementation, and cleanup
• Perform risk assessments, compliance checks, and audit reporting using Tufin
• Integrate and support Tufin with enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, Cisco, etc.)
• Automate policy workflows and change management via Tufin and ITSM tools
• Troubleshoot policy violations, connectivity, and topology issues
• Ensure continuous policy optimization, rule recertification, and risk reduction
• Support internal and external security audits and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams for secure access enablement
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and support Tufin SecureTrack, SecureChange, and SecureApp

• Perform risk analysis, compliance checks, and audit reporting
• Integrate Tufin with firewalls (Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, Cisco, etc.)
• Automate policy workflows and change management
• Troubleshoot policy, topology, and connectivity issues
• Support regulatory and internal security audits
Required Skills & Experience:
• 7+ years in network/security operations with strong Tufin expertise
• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls and network architectures
• Strong understanding of network security, routing, and access control
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
• Scripting/automation exposure (Python, API integrations – good to have)
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder coordination skills
