Must Have Technical/Functional Skill

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solutions to support enterprise scale eCommerce platforms.

• Build and customize SFCC storefront functionality, applying best practices for scalable and maintainable commerce solutions.

• Develop integrations and APIs to connect Commerce Cloud with external systems such as order management, payment gateways, inventory, and third party services.

• Implement and enhance UI components for commerce applications, ensuring high quality user experience and responsiveness.

• Optimize application and storefront performance, including page load times, rendering, and backend interactions.

• Work with JavaScript based SFCC frameworks and modern frontend technologies (e.g., React where applicable).

• Develop and maintain custom controllers, pipelines, hooks, and services within SFCC.

• Ensure seamless frontend backend integration across commerce and enterprise systems.

• Perform debugging, issue analysis, and defect fixes across development and production environments.

• Support commerce releases, deployments, and post release stabilization.

• Ensure adherence to security, performance, and scalability standards for eCommerce platforms.

• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum delivery, owning commerce related user stories end to end.

• Maintain documentation for commerce configurations, integrations, and custom implementations.

• Support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of SFCC platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions aligned with business and eCommerce requirements.

• Build and maintain SFCC integrations and APIs to support enterprise commerce workflows.

• Implement UI components and storefront customizations to enhance user experience.

• Optimize storefront and backend performance for high traffic commerce scenarios.

• Perform testing, debugging, and defect resolution across commerce modules.

• Support release cycles, deployments, and production stabilization for SFCC applications.

• Collaborate with UX designers, backend teams, QA, and DevOps to deliver high quality commerce solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to SFCC and commerce best practices.

• Translate functional requirements into scalable commerce implementations.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of commerce architecture, tooling, and processes.

• Mentor junior developers when required and support overall team delivery quality.
