Role summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team in Toronto, ON. This full-time, onsite role focuses on designing complex B2B/SaaS platforms, developer tools, or financial infrastructure products, with a strong emphasis on mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, a solid understanding of UX best practices and visual design principles, and expertise in industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience in payments acquiring, merchant-facing products, or PaaS models is highly desirable. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment and be responsible for creating compelling design presentations and a strong portfolio showcasing complex B2B or platform design, data-heavy interfaces, or API/developer-focused tools.

Duration: Full Time

Required Skills & Education

  • 7+ years of experience designing complex B2B/SaaS platforms, developer tools, or financial infrastructure products.
  • Demonstrated experience in payments acquiring, merchant-facing products, or platform-as-a-service models.
  • Solid foundation in user experience best practices
  • Strong understanding of fundamental visual design principles such as composition, hierarchy, color, etc.
  • Experience crafting visually compelling pitch decks or concept presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma, and proficiency with other standard design tools

Portfolio Requirements

  • 4-5 of your best digital design projects
  • Must include mobile app designs
  • Must include examples of complex B2B or platform design, data-heavy interfaces, or API/developer-focused tools
