Epiq is seeking a Vice President, Head of Infrastructure to lead the strategy, design, delivery, and operation of their enterprise network, storage, and compute foundation. This senior technology executive will report to the CIO and be a key member of the IT leadership team. Responsibilities include defining the multi-year infrastructure strategy, modernizing the network for hybrid work and zero-trust principles, and ensuring platform reliability, security, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Job Description:
Position Summary
The Vice President, Head of Infrastructure is a senior technology executive accountable for the strategy, design, delivery, and day-to-day operation of the enterprise infrastructure foundation — specifically network, storage, and compute. This leader ensures the platforms that every business and IT service depends on are reliable, secure, performant, and cost-effective. Reporting to the CIO, this role is a key member of the IT leadership team. The VP partners closely with Cybersecurity, Application Services, Workplace Technologies, and the broader business to deliver a resilient infrastructure backbone, modernize legacy environments, embed automation, and operate with discipline and predictability.
Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the multi-year infrastructure strategy for network, storage, and compute aligned to enterprise and IT objectives.
  • Serve as a member of the CIO's senior leadership team, contributing to overall IT direction and decision-making.
  • Translate business needs into a clear, prioritized infrastructure roadmap with measurable outcomes.
  • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing infrastructure organization. Establish and operate a clear governance, intake, and prioritization model for infrastructure demand.
  • Own enterprise network architecture and operations: LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, WiFi, internet edge, and data center fabric.
  • Modernize the network for hybrid work, application performance, and zero-trust principles.
  • Ensure network capacity, performance, and resilience meet or exceed enterprise SLAs.

The Compensation range for this role is 250,000 to 275,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
