Client Account Manager

We’re looking for a customer service focused and detail-oriented Client Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll manage your clients brand and use AI-powered writing tools to create engaging content. You’ll also be responsible for formatting and publishing content across various platforms and communicating with clients to keep them up to date on deliverables.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for onboarding new clients
• Manage deliverables including AI enhanced written content for blogs & articles
• High level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
• Problem solving (internal and external - can you actively solve a client issue so that it makes sense for the client and the company)

Skillset Required

• 1+ year of client management experience
• Familiarity with AI writing tools is a plus
• Social Media experience is preferred
• General Publishing & Website knowledge is preferred but not required
• SERP Knowledge and Research abilities
• Organized, efficient, and should have excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing a high volume of deliverables
• Exceptional communication skills for interacting with clients, team members and other departments.
• Self motivated to maintain outstanding levels of job performance.

Compensation

• $45,000 Salary + monthly bonuses
• 3 weeks vacation / year
