We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ETL processes, Amazon Redshift, Oracle databases, and cloud-based data environments. This role requires strong SQL expertise, solid business acumen, and excellent communication skills. 🌟
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources.
- Develop and optimize data solutions in Amazon Redshift and other cloud-based data platforms.
- Work with Oracle and other relational databases to support data integration and reporting needs.
- Write, troubleshoot, and optimize stored procedures, SQL queries, and other database objects.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and performance across data systems.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Support cloud data architecture and contribute to modernization of data platforms.
- Participate in data modeling, performance tuning, and production support activities.
- Document data flows, technical designs, and operational procedures.
✅ Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar data-focused role.
- Strong experience with ETL processes and data integration workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift.
- Experience working in cloud data environments.
- Strong experience with Oracle databases.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Experience writing and maintaining stored procedures.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Good business acumen with the ability to align technical work to business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
📝 Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS data services beyond Redshift.
- Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration and automation tools.
- Exposure to reporting and analytics environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale data migration or modernization initiatives.
