We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ETL processes, Amazon Redshift, Oracle databases, and cloud-based data environments. This role requires strong SQL expertise, solid business acumen, and excellent communication skills. 🌟

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources.
• Develop and optimize data solutions in Amazon Redshift and other cloud-based data platforms.
• Work with Oracle and other relational databases to support data integration and reporting needs.
• Write, troubleshoot, and optimize stored procedures, SQL queries, and other database objects.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and performance across data systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Support cloud data architecture and contribute to modernization of data platforms.
• Participate in data modeling, performance tuning, and production support activities.
• Document data flows, technical designs, and operational procedures.

✅ Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar data-focused role.
• Strong experience with ETL processes and data integration workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift.
• Experience working in cloud data environments.
• Strong experience with Oracle databases.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Experience writing and maintaining stored procedures.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Good business acumen with the ability to align technical work to business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with AWS data services beyond Redshift.
• Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration and automation tools.
• Exposure to reporting and analytics environments.
