The Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) Data Analyst supports the implementation, validation, and continuous improvement of TIA systems by providing technical data analysis, quality assurance, and reporting services to internal program teams and partner districts. This position ensures data integrity, alignment to TEA-TIA requirements, and readiness for submission, approval, and renewal processes. The Analyst works collaboratively with TIA program staff to support system calibration evidence, student growth measures, observation data validation, and designation accuracy.
