Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Generative AI Engineer. The Generative AI Engineer will be responsible for researching, designing, and building advanced machine learning models for generative AI applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and fine-tuning AI algorithms, conducting performance evaluations, collaborating on system architecture, and integrating generative AI into existing products. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and adaptability to drive innovation in recruitment technology.
Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI techniques
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related AI/ML frameworks
  • Experience in data engineering including data collection, preprocessing, and analysis
  • Strong skills in cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for model deployment and scaling
  • Capability in algorithm optimization, model evaluation, and performance improvements
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within agile teams and work independently in a remote setting
  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
  • Knowledge of recruitment technologies or HR systems is a plus
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
