Role summary
Kira Talent, part of ETS, is seeking a Product Manager to support Engineering, Product, Sales, and Client Success teams. This role is crucial for enhancing client product experiences by managing feature requests, backlogs, and providing customer-facing support. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing product role with web-based applications and familiarity with SaaS development teams and technical troubleshooting.

Position Summary
Kira Talent is looking for a Product Manager to help support the Engineering (Development), Product, Sales, and Client Success teams. You will play a vital role in ensuring clients are wowed by our product experiences. Key responsibilities include: feature request management, backlog management, prospect and customer-facing support for new products and features, supporting technical troubleshooting, product testing and QA, and system configuration activities.
As a Product Manager, you’ll report to Kira’s Director of Product and work collaboratively with virtually every department in the company. Your key responsibility will be to support our client success and software development teams as the voice of the customer. Additionally, you will be instrumental in coordinating, collecting, and providing client-centric feedback on all products, solving problems, assisting the development team in identifying and stamping out issues, and testing solutions and new features.
You will be responsible for ensuring projects, systems, processes, and technology initiatives stay organized and on track. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of client-facing interactions, familiarity with web-based technologies and integrations (webhooks, API’s etc), excellent project management skills, strong technical troubleshooting skills, as well as working knowledge of the software development life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Enabling and enhancing both the Engineering team’s and the Client Success team’s efficiency and effectiveness
- Contributing to prioritization of bugs and new features in concert with Engineering, Client Success, Sales, and other Product team members
- Working closely with the Client Success and Engineering teams as an advocate for our clients across the organization
- Collecting data in the form of system analytics, client feedback, market analysis, and feature requests
- Analyzing and sharing client insights that improve the product’s utility, efficiency, effectiveness, convenience, and value to the client.
- Identifying, scoping, organizing, and overseeing the development of work by the engineering team in a collaborative agile process
- Ownership of product quality with support and participation in end-to-end QA and platform testing
- Scheduling, coordinating, and leading interviews with clients and prospects to identify product enhancements, capabilities, and features
- Leading other project management initiatives at the company upon request
Required
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing Product role with web-based applications, including: ideation, development, testing, deployment, and go-to-market activities for new features
- Prior experience working with SaaS development teams
Preferred
- 3+ years of experience working in technology development, technical support, or testing
- Past work experience within a college or university or an admissions team
- Past experience successfully launching a commercially viable SaaS product
- Some knowledge of databases, SQL, and the ability to create and run scripts

- The base salary range advertised represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The base pay is only one aspect of the Total Rewards Package that will be offered to the successful candidate.
