Head of Product Marketing
Role summary
Every is seeking a Head of Product Marketing to lead product launch strategy, positioning, and execution for its AI-powered media and software products. This role involves building scalable marketing systems, defining product narratives, managing email and in-product communications, and developing product education resources. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in a multi-product company, with a strong ability to build systems, write persuasively, and collaborate cross-functionally. Experience with AI tools, email marketing, and a design sensibility are key. Experience marketing AI products or in media/creator economy is a plus.
Every is hiring a Head of Product Marketing to own the strategy and execution of how Every's products reach the world. You'll lead launches, shape positioning, build scalable marketing systems, and ensure the Every ecosystem feels cohesive and compelling to users — from first touch to daily engagement.
Every is a media + software company building AI-powered tools (Spiral, Cora, Monologue, Sparkle, Proof, Plus One, and more) sold as a unified bundle. Product Marketing is the connective tissue that makes this ecosystem legible, valuable, and delightful. You'll be inheriting a strong foundation and taking it to the next level.
You'd be our go-to person for:
• Launch strategy & execution — Own the end-to-end launch process for new products, features, and updates across the Studio portfolio. Plan quarterly launch calendars, run cross-functional kickoffs, and ensure every launch ships on time with clear positioning and coordinated distribution.
• Positioning & narrative — Define and evolve how Every talks about its products, individually and as a bundle. Make "one ecosystem, one subscription" intuitive and compelling.
• Email & lifecycle communications — Own the email engine: onboarding flows, product updates, changelogs, and lifecycle campaigns. Design a communication system that's trusted, predictable, and distinctly Every.
• In-product messaging — Introduce and manage in-app announcements, banners, and prompts that surface launches and ecosystem value contextually — reducing reliance on email alone.
• Product education — Build and maintain help centers, tutorials, camps/webinars, and guided experiences that accelerate activation and help users get real value from Every's tools.
• Customer storytelling & social proof — Develop ecosystem-level case studies and testimonials. Capture how real people and teams use multiple Every products together.
• Cross-functional collaboration — Work closely with GMs, Growth, Editorial, Design, and Platform to align on launches, messaging, and the surfaces where marketing meets product.
This role is perfect for someone who:
• Has 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally at a multi-product or platform company
• Can build systems leveraging AI, not just execute campaigns — you think in playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes
• Writes clearly and persuasively, with a knack for making complex products feel simple and exciting
• Is comfortable owning a quarterly planning cadence and holding cross-functional teams accountable to timelines
• Has experience with email marketing, lifecycle flows, and change communication at scale
• Uses AI tools in their daily workflow and is excited to push the boundaries of what's possible
• Brings a strong design sensibility — you care about how things look and feel, not just what they say
• Can shift fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Nice to have
• Experience marketing AI products or developer tools
• Background in media, publishing, or creator-economy companies
• Experience building product education programs (help centers, academies, onboarding flows)
