Member of Technical Staff (2–8 YOE)
to build and scale a next-generation AI research platform.
This is a
0→1 product + platform role
for engineers who can operate across backend, infrastructure, and product, owning systems end-to-end in a fast-moving environment.
You will work directly on
LLM-powered workflows, research agents, and real-time systems
, contributing across engineering, product, and design.
What You’ll Do
- Build and ship
0→1 product features
across backend and full-stack systems
- Develop
LLM-powered workflows
(chat, agents, research pipelines)
- Design and scale
distributed systems and APIs
- Work on
product-heavy features
(UX, incentives, data flows, user interactions)
- Collaborate closely with
product + design
on core platform experience
- Own systems end-to-end —
design → build → deploy → iterate
- Contribute to
engineering standards, system design, and architecture decisions
Who You Are
- 2–8 years
as a full-stack or platform engineer
- Experience at
early-stage startups (Seed–Series D)
or high-growth environments
- Strong
founder-like ownership
— operates well in ambiguity
- Proven track record of
building 0→1 systems
and shipping production code
- Experience with
distributed systems and scalable APIs
- Strong fundamentals in
TypeScript (nice-to-have), Python, or similar
- CS degree required
- Clear communicator, able to work cross-functionally
Strong plus:
- Founding engineer or founder background
- Fast promotions / standout performance signals
- Experience building developer tools or technical products
Compensation & Logistics
- Salary:
$200,000 – $300,000
- Competitive equity (meaningful for early hires)
- Visa sponsorship (O1, H1B transfer)
