About the Role
This role is part product, part launch, part sales, and part growth.
Your top priority will be helping us bring X-Factor to market by working directly with organizational users such as high school teams, travel teams, leagues, tournaments, and related sports groups. You will also support growth efforts for EXACT Rankings, including helping expand the reach and visibility of athletes across the country.
What You’ll Do
- Help drive the launch and adoption of X-Factor
- Reach out to coaches, team leaders, league operators, and organizational decision-makers
- Turn conversations into active product usage
- Help us refine messaging, offers, and onboarding through real market feedback
- Support growth efforts tied to EXACT Rankings
- Help us develop and coordinate a broader scout / contributor network over time
- Work across product, sales, and growth priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Bring energy, follow-through, and ownership every week

What We’re Looking For
- 3-7 years of experience in growth, sales, marketing, partnerships, or launch-oriented work
- Comfortable making outbound calls and talking with new people
- Strong communicator and strong listener
- Grit, urgency, and follow-through

- Comfortable talking sports and technology
- Excited by responsibility and performance-based upside
You’ll Stand Out If You Have
- Experience working with coaches, teams, sports organizations, or athlete-focused products
- A background in youth sports, recruiting, training, or sports media

Compensation
- Base salary: $42,000-$55,000
- Additional performance-based variable pay incentives as well (up to additional $20,000 incentives)
