Job Title- Business and Data Analyst

Location- Pittsburgh and Cleveland Ohio (5 days office)

Duration: Full time

Role and Responsibilities:

8+ years of experience in BFS domain as business and data analyst.
Gather and document business requirements for data engineering and analytics projects.
Translate business needs into clear and concise technical specifications for developers
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure requirements are technically feasible
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data flows, data models and business rules
Good to have -> Candidate is familiar with data documentation needed for Change Releases
Analyze existing data systems and processes to identify areas of improvement
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
