About this role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a startup during the early product launch phase and get challenging, rewarding experience at the intersection of AI and travel. You’ll get a chance to own and experiment with the creative direction, see your ideas come to life quickly, and help build a product to disrupt the travel space.
*Please note that this will be a part time role (~15 hrs / week) that is 100% remote.*
What you’ll do
- Design intuitive, high-quality user interfaces and experiences for both mobile *(primary focus)* and web
- Create user flows, mockups, and prototypes across various levels of fidelity
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to drive implementation of polished, delightful experiences
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, experimentation, and user insights
You might be a good fit if you…
- Passionate about travel and emerging technology
- Minimum 1 year of experience designing mobile and web products *(professional or academic experience welcome)*
- Ability to present well-structured, end-to-end design thinking
- Proficient in Figma
- Have experience editing videos *(e.g. Adobe Premier, Final Cut, or similar)*
Compensation & ownership
This is an opportunity to join an early-stage startup aiming to disrupt the travel space. Compensation for this role will be provided in the form of equity ownership. Because this is an equity-compensated role, we’re looking for someone who can take real ownership and accountability for their domain.
*Note: Equity terms are based on experience and will be discussed during the interview process and documented in writing.*
