We are building a marketplace platform that connects brands with creators to produce authentic content at scale. Our product helps creators collaborate with companies and monetize their skills, while enabling brands to access diverse content efficiently.

We are looking for a
Backend Software Engineer
to join our team and help build scalable systems that power our growing platform. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services
  • Build scalable and reliable infrastructure to support a growing marketplace
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services
  • Contribute to system architecture and technical decisions
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle

👤 What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in backend software engineering
- Strong programming skills and understanding of backend systems
- Experience working with databases (e.g.
PostgreSQL
)
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working on production systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with modern development tools and workflows
- Based in or willing to work
on-site in New York (5 days/week)
