Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Insights: Explore, clean, and analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.
Predictive Modeling & Machine Learning: Build and maintain models to forecast business outcomes and optimize decisions.
Visualization & Reporting: Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure data informs key decisions.
Data Quality & Process Improvement: Ensure data integrity, improve collection pipelines, and document workflows for repeatable processes.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles. Hands-on experience with predictive modeling and visualization tools.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks is a plus.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Communication: Able to clearly present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Pay: $97,556.46 - $115,401.34 per year
