Human Resources Coordinator
Role summary
The Human Resources Coordinator supports HR administration processes and partners with the HR team on projects and initiatives. Responsibilities include providing frontline HR support, maintaining employee records in HR systems, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, compiling payroll data, administering leave of absence, supporting employee relations, and coordinating HR programs and events. The role also involves championing process improvements, managing HR communications, and ensuring accuracy in employee timekeeping and attendance. This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a high level of confidentiality and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and driving the established HR administration processes and procedures. This role will also partner with other Human Resources team members to ensure successful execution of projects, rollouts, and initiatives.

salary range: $60,000 – $70,000. This position is eligible for bonus.
