About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Human Resources professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR initiatives, supporting organizational development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. This position requires critical thinking, effective communication, and decisive judgment to manage complex HR functions with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting HR analytics, developing strategic HR solutions, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships across various departments. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in a related discipline is preferred. Candidates with HR certifications such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP will have an added advantage. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Human Resources or a related field is required, with experience in a strategic, consultative role highly desirable. The candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of employment laws, HR analytics techniques, and the ability to interpret complex dashboards and reports. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships with diverse groups are essential for success in this role.

Additionally, you will oversee HR projects, participate in policy development, and support initiatives related to employee engagement, talent acquisition, and retention. Your ability to work under pressure, make sound decisions quickly, and adapt to changing priorities will be essential in maintaining operational excellence.
