About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce CRM Software Engineer Senior to join our dynamic Investment Experience Technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing scalable and innovative software solutions that enhance our investment services. Working within a fast-paced, agile environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital-first experiences that empower our members and financial advisors alike. You will lead solutioning efforts for new lines of business, mentor junior engineers, and influence the technical direction of our investment platform. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with modern technologies such as Salesforce CRM & CDP, Java, APIs, and OpenShift, contributing to the development of next-generation investment solutions that prioritize security, performance, and scalability.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least six years of comprehensive software development expertise. Demonstrated proficiency in delivering complex technology solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle is essential. Candidates should have a solid understanding of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, and others, along with experience working with cloud technologies, APIs, and secure coding practices. Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC), integration via REST and Bulk APIs, and familiarity with development tools like Salesforce DX, GIT, and CI/CD frameworks is highly desirable. A background in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems, coupled with strong troubleshooting skills, will set candidates apart. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, code, and test complex technical solutions across various technologies, ensuring seamless integration of existing systems and tools.
• Lead code and design reviews, providing updates and technical guidance to stakeholders and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Create and optimize complex algorithms to meet evolving business needs.
• Investigate and resolve intricate application and system issues, including troubleshooting production problems and outages.
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Influence the architectural direction and quality standards within your domain, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise goals.
• Identify system performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and areas for optimization, implementing improvements accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with risk management and security policies, effectively monitoring and controlling associated risks.
