About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team at Engiflex. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in engineering design, project management, or technical consulting is preferred. Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to work are required. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, along with experience in project documentation and reporting, will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities

• Design and develop engineering solutions aligned with project requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct detailed analysis and simulations to optimize product performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, designers, and manufacturing personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for internal use and client presentations.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Identify potential technical challenges and develop innovative solutions to mitigate risks.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve engineering processes.
