Role summary

We are seeking an Outbound Product Manager to engage with enterprise customers and AI teams to understand their needs and challenges related to AI infrastructure and GPU cloud computing. This role involves analyzing market trends, translating insights into product requirements and roadmaps, and collaborating with partners and solutions engineers. The ideal candidate will have a background in AI/ML systems, cloud infrastructure, and container orchestration, with 5-10 years of experience in technical product management or related fields. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required, and Mandarin language skills are a plus. This is a full-time, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with enterprise customers and AI teams to understand workloads, performance needs, and challenges
Analyze GPU cloud market trends, pricing, performance, and competitive positioning
Translate customer and market insights into product requirements and roadmap recommendations
Support benchmarking, evaluation, and validation initiatives for AI infrastructure
Collaborate with ecosystem partners to ensure interoperability and performance alignment
Work with Solutions Engineers during customer PoCs and capture structured feedback
Provide internal thought leadership on AI infrastructure and GPU cloud trends

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or Product Strategy
Background in AI,ML systems, GPU computing, cloud infrastructure, or data center technologies
Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration
Understanding of AI,ML training and inference workloads
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong communication skills with ability to work with technical and business stakeholders
Bachelor`s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field
Mandarin language skills are a plus

Additional Information

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
