Product Manager, Figma Weave (New York, United States)
Role summary
Figma is seeking a Product Manager for its new Figma Weave product, focusing on expanding creative work generation, adaptation, and scaling. This role involves defining product strategy and roadmaps at the intersection of design systems, structured workflows, automation, and AI. The Product Manager will identify opportunities to enhance node-based workflows, develop editing capabilities, and ensure consistency and quality. Success will be measured by workflow adoption, output quality, scalability, and user impact. The position requires 6+ years of Product Management experience, particularly with structured workflows or multi-step creation pipelines, and the ability to expand products to new audiences while maintaining depth for power users. Experience with creative tools, node-based tools, automation, or generative AI is a plus. This is a full-time, onsite role based in New York.

If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
