Role summary
Figure is seeking a Head of Business Development to lead the growth and commercialization of its tokenized equity and capital markets initiatives. Reporting to the CEO, this role will drive origination, strategic partnerships, and investor distribution across TradFi and Web3 ecosystems. The Head of Business Development will be responsible for expanding issuer adoption, deepening investor participation, and developing partnerships to accelerate blockchain-enabled equity capital markets infrastructure. This involves working cross-functionally to design, launch, and scale innovative on-chain products, structure deals, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and identify new product opportunities. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in capital markets, a strong network, and a proven track record of originating and closing complex transactions, with a working knowledge of blockchain and digital securities.

About the RoleAs the Head of Business Development, you will lead the growth and commercialization of Figure’s tokenized equity and capital markets initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this individual will drive origination, strategic partnerships, and investor distribution across traditional financial institutions, Web3-native platforms, and emerging digital asset ecosystems.This role sits at the intersection of TradFi and DeFi; responsible for expanding issuer adoption, deepening investor participation, and developing partnerships that accelerate the evolution of blockchain-enabled equity capital markets infrastructure.You will work cross-functionally with Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to design, launch, and scale innovative equity and structured products on-chain.
