Position Overview

The Executive Vice President (EVP) is a senior executive responsible for overseeing major business functions or divisions within the organization. This role plays a critical part in shaping corporate strategy, driving business performance, and ensuring the successful execution of company objectives. The EVP works closely with the CEO and other members of the executive leadership team to guide organizational growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee key business units, departments, or company-wide functions.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on long-term planning and decision-making.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and growth strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior leadership teams (VPs, Directors, etc.).
  • Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and public engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience, including extensive senior leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and managing large organizations or divisions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
