*\*This is an in-person role in our Los Gatos, CA office, full-time in person.*
Company Overview
FindKeep.Love Inc. is a data-driven advertising company based in Los Gatos, California. We offer both B2B and DTC customer acquisition for some of the largest companies in the United States. We are not an advertising agency, but a full-service customer acquisition channel, leveraging email marketing at scale to acquire new customers for our clients.
For Direct-to-Consumer customer acquisition, on our site FindKeep.Love, we work with major consumer brands helping them to grow their opt-in email and SMS lists through sweepstakes and giveaways. By growing their email lists, we help these brands identify new customer prospects at scale to inform their multi-channel targeting at scale.
For B2B customer acquisition, via our division ScaleItForMe, we help companies target both direct B2B buyers and long tail ambassadors, affiliates, and other small businesses as trusted sources of new customer referral. Our B2B customer acquisition campaigns are often the lowest cost/ highest ROI channel for our B2B clients. As an example, we help many home furnishing companies acquire interior designers to their trade programs, who then recommend their furnishing products to their clients.
The Role
We are looking for a
Technical Product Manager
who uses AI-assisted development to bridge the gap between business requirements and a production-ready stack. You are the ideal candidate if you have the product sense of a PM but prefer to stay "in the code" using modern LLM workflows to ship full-stack solutions.
You will be the primary technical owner of our platforms, responsible for transitioning our development from a near-shore team to an efficient, in-house function. This is a role for a high-output individual who wants to own the "how" and the "what" of our technical roadmap.
What You’ll Do
- Bridge Product & Engineering:
Work with stakeholders to define requirements and immediately translate them into working code using AI-native tools (Cursor, Claude, etc.).
- System Ownership:
Take over the existing Python/React codebase from our external partners, audit the architecture, and lead the move to an in-house operation.
- High-Velocity Shipping:
Maintain and scale our internal and external platforms, using AI to handle the "heavy lifting" while applying your engineering judgment to ensure code quality and security.
- Cloud Management:
Oversee our infrastructure on AWS/GCP, ensuring deployments are stable and CI/CD pipelines are optimized.
- Technical Vetting:
Act as the internal expert on which AI tools and emerging technologies will actually move the needle for our development speed.
What We’re Looking For
- The "Vibe-Coding" Skillset:
You are highly proficient in using LLMs to accelerate development. You know how to prompt complex logic and, more importantly, how to debug and refine what the AI produces.
- Full-Stack Competency:
Solid professional experience with
Python and React
. You understand the fundamentals well enough to know when an AI solution is elegant vs. when it’s a hallucination.
- In-House Transition Experience:
You’ve ideally worked with (or managed) external dev teams and understand the process of bringing codebases in-house.
- On-Site Collaboration:
This role is based in our
Los Gatos office
, working directly with the founding team to ensure tight feedback loops.
Why Join Us?
- Ownership & Autonomy:
You’ll have a seat at the table for all technical decisions and the freedom to define your own AI-assisted workflow.
- Comprehensive Benefits:
We take care of our team with full Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, plus Paid Vacation to ensure you stay sharp and recharged.
- Equity & Growth:
We offer a competitive salary and an equity stake, giving you a real share in the company’s long-term success as we scale.
- AI-First Environment:
Work in a culture that doesn't just "allow" AI tools but expects you to use them to stay 10x more productive than a traditional developer.
- Clear Impact:
See your work go live and impact the business in real-time without the layers of corporate bureaucracy or "middle-management" lag.
How to Apply
Send us your resume and a brief description (or a link to a repo/video) of a project where you used AI-assisted tools to build something faster or more complex than you could have done traditionally. We value demonstrated output over lengthy cover letters.
