Role summary
Seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a product-oriented mindset for an early-stage startup. This role involves a broad range of projects, requiring fluency across the stack and a willingness to solve problems holistically. Key responsibilities include developing and serving ML models, optimizing them through techniques like fine-tuning and prompt engineering, data preparation, and maintaining the Python backend. Experience with system design and building production ML systems is essential. The company fosters a culture of complete project ownership from prototyping to production deployment.
**No software farms and no part-time jobs at the moment. We build our software in-house.**
Looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with interest in product. As we are an early-stage startup, the range of projects is quite broad, so fluency and willingness to go across the stack to solve problems are a big plus. Experience with system design is also a plus.
**Minimum qualifications:**
* Fluency in Python
* Experience with System Design
* Fluency in English
* Experience building production machine learning systems
* Experience with Machine Learning Research
* Experience creating backend systems in Python
**Projects include:**
* Developing and Serving Machine Learning models
