Role Description

This is a part-time remote position for a Senior Software Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable back-end systems to support the AI-driven customer support platform. Daily tasks include implementing efficient algorithms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean code, and maintaining system integrity across various integrations. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and contribute to the end-to-end software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Computer Science principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development processes
  • Proven experience with Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
  • Ability to design and develop robust, secure, and scalable software solutions
  • Familiarity with cloud-based environments and microservice architecture
  • Experience with integrating third-party APIs and platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in remote teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
