### **Role**

We’re a lean team of two today looking for a **Founding Designer** to join us as **employee #3!** In this role, you will:

* Talk to users to deeply understand their challenges
* Design and craft simple, delightful solutions
* Lead the entire design and creative process
* Collaborate on the product roadmap and strategy
* Own all aspects of web, marketing, brand, and product design
* Evolve Finta’s identity to align with our mission, product, and valuesYou are a visual design wizard and wield Figma masterfully.
