Infrastructure Engineer II

First Community Credit Union is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer II, based out of our Copperfield headquarters in Northwest Houston. They deliver outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders by supporting and maintaining the organization's enterprise infrastructure under the direction of the VP of Network and Infrastructure. This role implements, optimizes, and maintains network, server, data center, and cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure, to ensure system reliability , performance, and availability. The position serves as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure issues, performs advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and leads system upgrades, migrations, and deployments while supporting daily operations of enterprise IT infrastructure. The qualified candidate must have at least five years of experience as a Cisco Network Engineer, and have CCNA/CCNP certification, and experience with Cisco routing protocols.
