Role summary

The Digital Product Manager II is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of assigned digital products. This includes defining product vision and strategy, developing go-to-market plans, overseeing development, positioning, launch, and messaging. The role involves building and prioritizing product roadmaps in collaboration with various stakeholders, gathering and prioritizing market requirements, and working with Scrum and Engineering teams for seamless release management. The Product Manager will leverage user feedback, competitive analysis, and technology trends to create member-centric products and establish KPIs to measure success. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, design thinking, and tools like Jira and Confluence is expected.

The Product Manager II, Digital works independently to manage assigned digital product lifecycles, including product vision and strategy, go-to-market plans, development, positioning, launch, and messaging.
Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:
Job Duties

  • Participate in the establishing strategy and drive digital product vision and strategy, including go-to-market plans, positioning and messaging
  • Build, manage and prioritize an actionable product roadmap to support our goals and strategies, in collaboration with other Product Managers, business partners, and third party vendors
  • Partner with and guide business units to gather, manage, and prioritize market/member requirements, acting as a member advocate
  • Collaborate with internal partners, including Scrum and Engineering teams to ensure frictionless end to end release management
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver the best member and employee experience
  • Leverage user feedback from various channels, competitive analysis, and technology trends to facilitate the development of member-centric products
  • Establish, monitor and measure KPIs to drive product success
  • Participate in training and orientation of new Product Manager

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital product management role including some experience gathering user requirements, and building/deploying digital products, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proficiency with Scrum Agile
  • Experience with design-thinking best practices and testing to deliver digital products and experiences
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple assignments and deliverables simultaneously with the flexibility to meet changing needs and demands
  • Strong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Distinctive problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Suite including Jira and Confluence
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree

Hillsboro, OR 97124 | Rocklin, CA 95765 | San Jose, CA 95134 (HYBRID)
Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR:
$110,500 - $123k annually + annual bonus
Target Compensation in Rocklin, CA:
$121,500 - $135k annually + annual bonus
Target Compensation in San Jose, CA:
$138k - $154k annually + annual bonus

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): You'll accrue up to 15 vacation days in your first year. In addition, you'll receive 40-hours of sick time, and three personal days, which will refresh annually
