Role summary

FIS is seeking an experienced Product Manager II to lead the Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy for its Cleared Derivatives business within the Capital Markets segment. This role involves identifying growth opportunities through AI implementation, defining and executing a unified AI product strategy, and managing client relationships. The Product Manager will collaborate with internal teams (BPaaS, Sales, Development, Professional Services) and external clients to enhance the product suite, improve user workflows, and drive revenue growth. A background in trading or post-trade within Cleared Derivatives is desired, along with the ability to translate client needs into product functionality. This is a key role reporting to the VP Product Management Executive, pivotal to the success of FIS' post-trade solutions.

About The Role
As a Product Manager II within Solution Management for the Cleared Derivatives business, you will provide product thought leadership for one of the most important solution lines within the Capital Markets organization. You will own the cross product Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy, identifying primary business growth areas through implementation of AI and coordinating with FIS BPaaS teams and our clients to drive FIS’ market leading and next generation product offerings. Reporting directly to the VP Product Management Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the success of FIS’ post-trade solutions and the associated business targets.

  • Evaluate and understand opportunities to enhance the Cleared Derivatives product suite with AI tooling to improve user workflows and experience
  • Implement a unified AI product strategy across the product ecosystem and align this with client requirements and security
  • Collaborate with other lines of business within Capital Markets to ensure a unified approach to AI implementation across solutions and portfolios
  • Partner with the Executive team & Sales to provide content for market messages, sales collateral and as needed RFPs
  • Client relationship management through the product lifecycle, including as AI Solution Lead across the value streams
  • Coordination of growth initiatives and new investment spend to ensure tracking of focus areas for our clients align with our development roadmap and planning for AI

About The Team
Solution Management within Cleared Derivatives drives the product strategy and roadmap for the Cleared Derivatives business and are the team responsible for running the business.

  • You will be joining a team of 6 driven individuals working together across products within the Cleared Derivatives business to drive revenue growth and increase the business EBITDA
  • As a Product Manager II you will work closely with our functional partners across Client Support, Development and Professional Services to ensure the end product being delivered to client’s allows the business to continue to hit sales targets and meet client requirements

What You Will Need

  • Cleared Derivatives experience is desired, a background either from a trading or post-trade perspective will ensure you can best achieve desired outcomes for the business
  • Prior product management experience is not required, however an ability to understand how to client and/or business requirements can be translated in to product functionality and defined, developed, tested and deployed as a software is helpful
  • Ability to work independently and drive business initiatives, client engagement and marketing with innovative thought leadership
