IT Program Manager (TS/SCI with FSP)
Role summary
FJM Innovative Technologies seeks an experienced IT Program Manager in Northern Virginia to provide strategic leadership for complex technical systems. This role involves overseeing system integration, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable technical capabilities aligned with mission priorities. The ideal candidate will support the development of technical specifications, manage engineering efforts, identify and mitigate program risks, and work closely with government task managers. A TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance is mandatory. The position is onsite with local travel as needed.

Role responsible for overseeing system integration efforts, coordinating stakeholders, managing vendors, and ensuring delivery of secure, reliable technical capabilities aligned to mission priorities.
Location: Northern Virginia Local travel/POV will be on an as needed basis
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph. Only fully adjudicated clearances are acceptable. Interim clearances will not be accepted.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sponsor staff, contractor personnel, external vendors, and stakeholders to support program execution
- Coordinate across technical teams to ensure alignment with mission objectives and program priorities
- Support development of technical equipment specifications based on operational and program requirements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define hardware and software needs
- Work with external vendors to develop vendor quotations and procurement recommendations
- Evaluate vendor capabilities and ensure solutions meet program requirements
- Provide strategic oversight of software and hardware engineering efforts
- Ensure existing capabilities are maintained while supporting delivery of new functionality
- Align engineering efforts with program priorities and mission timelines
- Identify program risks, issues, and technical dependencies
- Communicate issues and dependencies to Sponsor staff and leadership
- Work with Government Task Manager to prioritize and resolve program challenges
- Track action items and ensure timely resolution of technical and programmatic issues
- Support planning and coordination of capability enhancements
- Ensure cross-team communication and collaboration across stakeholders
Required Experience
