## Job Summary

To support our extraordinary team who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Regional Facilities Program Manager/ Quotinglocated in Buffalo Grove, IL.

Reporting to the Sr Regional Facilities Program Managerthe Regional Facilities Program Manager/Quoting supports facilities programs and projects across multiple sites. This role focuses on project coordination, facilities quoting, cost modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration from project initiation through closeout.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Develop project schedules, financial parameters, and requirements from initiation through closeout.
  • Track and manage facilities projects across multiple sites and regions.
  • Prepare and distribute status, financial, and process reports; support executive‑level presentations.
  • Work with relevant teams to prepare forecasts and budgets for facilities‑related accounts.
  • Track and manage project budgets for facilities and development activities, including CapEx and OpEx.
  • Compare actual costs against forecasts and approved quotes; research variances, ensure required adjustment postings are completed, and collect business justifications for remaining variances for reporting purposes.
  • Participate in quote strategy discussions and attend quote kick‑off calls as required.
  • Receive, review, and distribute all facilities quotation materials to relevant teams.
  • Complete detailed cost models for each facilities quote, ensuring correct processes, content, and validation of assumptions with Business teams and Operations.
  • Create cost models for budgetary or quick‑turn facilities quotes when required.
  • Coordinate quoting activities, including multi‑site and multi‑regional facilities quotations.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and auditable records of all facilities quotations and supporting documentation.
  • Travel to other site locations as needed to provide program and facilities support.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • 10 -15 years of industry experience, with at least 3 -5 years in a Director of Production and Operations role.
  • Extensive experience overseeing operations across all three shifts.
  • Strong background in P&L management, with demonstrated financial acumen.
  • Extensive experience in assembly processes, and automation systems.
  • Expertise in managing high- and low-volume production and high- and low-mix product environments.
  • Ability to effectively influence senior leadership, executives, and key clients.
  • Hands-on experience with NPI (New Product Introduction), guiding new customer programs from concept through successful execution and delivery.
  • Strong sales development capabilities and excellent operational and financial management skills.
  • Client-focused with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively to meet technical and operational needs.
  • Extensive experience in expansion and ramping up.
