Role summary
Flow is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Lead to develop and launch its new ownership products business line. This role requires a builder with 4+ years of experience in strategic initiatives, business development, or consulting, ideally within proptech or high-growth companies. You will define the go-to-market strategy, build the operating model, and drive cross-functional execution. Responsibilities include market analysis, financial modeling, executive partnership, and revenue accountability. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, analytical, and comfortable working with AI tools and senior leadership. This is an in-person, full-time role based in Miami.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Strategic Initiatives Lead to build and scale Flow’s next major business line: ownership products. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, working directly alongside Flow’s senior leadership across Real Estate, Development, Sales, Technology and Strategy to bring our condo and new development offerings from concept to market. You’ll define the playbook, stand up the operating model, and drive the cross-functional work required to create an industry leading operating model that is distinctly Flow.
This isn’t a support role, it’s a builder role. You’ll own the strategy, the timeline, and the outcomes. You’ll both lead and get your hands dirty in details. You will have access to emerging technology (AI Toolsets) + proprietary software developed by Flow to power our ecosystem.
