Role summary
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be a strategic and hands-on leader embedded within automotive manufacturing plants and parts depots. This role supports both hourly and salaried employees, collaborating with leadership to achieve business objectives through a comprehensive HR approach. Key responsibilities include fostering a positive work environment, managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and championing talent development, employee engagement, and labor relations on the production floor. Experience with Union Relations is critical for this position, which requires strong business acumen and a proactive problem-solving approach.
