Test Engineer (NVD SVC)
Role summary
Test Engineers are responsible for implementing tests to ensure product quality and functionality. They participate in all phases of the testing program, including installing test diagnostics, troubleshooting errors, and writing final test procedures. This role involves documenting technical issues, monitoring and troubleshooting production test fixtures, creating SOPs for new test equipment, maintaining schedules, and updating test diagnostics with new firmware releases.
Job Summary
Test Engineersare responsible for implementing theteststhat ensure the quality and the functionality of a product. They are involved in all phases of thetestingprogram, from install test daig, troubleshooting errors, and writing up finaltestprocedures.
Responsibilities
- Document technical issues and solutions
- Install new test diag when it releases
- Monitoring the all-test fixtures inside production, troubleshoot when it report as malfunction
- Creation and development of SOPs for new test equipment
- Schedule maintained for each test equipment
- Update test diag when new FW release via SECN
Experience & Skills
- Up to and including 3 months in Test Engineer roles
- Proactive and able to work well independently as well as in a team environment
- Work well with cross functional teams
- Strong ownership and organization skills
- Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
Competence
- Test engineers implement tests that check the quality and functionality of products
Education And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Software, Mechanical, or related field
