Framework Security is seeking an experienced
AI Automation & Security Systems Engineer
to design and deploy AI-powered systems across our cybersecurity services, internal operations, and go-to-market efforts.
This role sits at the intersection of
cybersecurity engineering, AI automation, and technical solution architecture
. You will build autonomous systems that improve security testing, streamline internal workflows, and increase the efficiency of our revenue-generating operations.
We are particularly interested in engineers with hands-on experience building AI agents and autonomous workflows, including frameworks such as OpenClaw and similar agent-based architectures.
Key Responsibilities
AI Agent Architecture & Development
- Design, build, and maintain
AI agent systems
that automate workflows across security, marketing, and internal operations.
- Deploy and manage agents using
OpenClaw and other emerging agent frameworks
.
- Architect multi-agent systems capable of orchestrating complex tasks across internal systems and external tools.
Automated Security Testing
- Develop AI-driven automation to assist with
penetration testing, vulnerability analysis, and security validation
.
- Build agent-based workflows that support
automated reconnaissance, vulnerability triage, and security analysis
.
- Integrate AI systems with existing security tooling to improve efficiency and scalability.
Internal Systems & Marketing Automation
- Design AI-driven automation that integrates with business systems such as
HubSpot, Asana, and Google Workspace
.
- Build tools that improve
marketing efficiency, lead engagement, and sales enablement
.
- Architect internal automation systems that reduce operational overhead across the organization.
Pre-Sales Technical Support
- Support the sales team during
technical pre-sales conversations
.
- Design solution architectures that demonstrate how AI-driven security automation solves customer challenges.
- Develop prototypes, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept systems to support client engagements.
Innovation & Research
- Evaluate emerging technologies in
AI agents, autonomous systems, and cybersecurity automation
.
- Prototype new tools that improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities where AI can transform cybersecurity workflows and client outcomes.
Qualifications
AI & Automation Expertise
- Hands-on experience building
AI agents or autonomous workflows
using frameworks such as OpenClaw or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of
LLM integration, orchestration, and agent architectures
.
Cybersecurity Knowledge
- Experience with
penetration testing methodologies, vulnerability management, and security frameworks
.
- Understanding of how automation can enhance security analysis and testing workflows.
Location
- Must be based in the
Greater Los Angeles area
and available for hybrid collaboration.
- While our team works remotely 90% of the time
, we value in-person sessions for solving complex problems and fostering collaboration.
