Role summary

We are seeking an experienced, fully remote Web Developer specializing in WordPress and WooCommerce. The role involves managing and optimizing a high-performing website, implementing new features, and building custom form solutions. Responsibilities include writing clean PHP and JavaScript code, troubleshooting issues, and improving user experience and website analytics. The ideal candidate will be adept at working independently and have a strong understanding of website analytics. Experience with conversion optimization and custom form integrations is a plus.

Web Developer (WordPress / WooCommerce) – Remote

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to join our team in a fully remote role.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce, be confident managing and optimizing a high-performing website, and have proven ability to write clean, maintainable code and work with custom forms.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our WordPress / WooCommerce website
Implement website updates, improvements, and new features
Build and customize form solutions (Gravity Forms, custom form development, etc.)
Write clean, production-ready code following best practices
Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues
Improve website performance, functionality, and user experience
Monitor website analytics and performance

Requirements:

Strong experience with WordPress and WooCommerce
Proven experience writing clean, maintainable PHP and JavaScript
Experience building and customizing forms (Gravity Forms, custom form development, or similar)
Experience working on a larger company website or high-traffic site
Good understanding of website analytics
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote role

Bonus:

Understanding of paid ads, media buying, or digital marketing
Ecommerce or conversion optimization experience
Experience with custom form integrations (CRM, payment gateways, webhooks)
Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, Beaver Builder, etc.)
