Experienced HR Director

The successful candidate will lead an HR department of 5-9 while managing employee relations and engagement, performance management, learning and development, union relations, benefits administration, compensation analysis, and HRIS while taking the lead on corporate culture initiatives. The candidate will work closely with the Chief Administrative Officer on all legal issues.

Job Overview:

• Day to day supervision and management of the HR team (Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits Administration, and HR Admin. Staff)
• Organize, implement and maintain effective processes in the Department
• Ensure consistency, efficiency, and best practices are implemented
• Provide Human Resources support to all departments
• Work closely with management and employees to increase productivity and retention.
• Work with the Executive Management Team on all HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years' experience working as a Senior Human Resources Generalist / Human Resources Supervisor / Manager in the I/DD field
• Minimum of 6 years' experience supervising and managing staff.
• High School Diploma / GED required / College Degree preferred
• Valid Drivers' License required
• Flexible work schedule including availability to work nights and weekends
• Extensive Human Resources knowledge base
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
