Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, utilizing tools like Jira, VersionOne, and TFS for project tracking.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into clear user stories, wireframes (using Balsamiq), and test cases.
  • Lead agile teams through iterative development cycles, applying SAFe and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Manage product backlogs, prioritize features based on analytics insights from platforms like Looker and SaaS applications.
  • Oversee the integration of APIs and ensure seamless connectivity with IT infrastructure components such as databases (SQL) and cloud services like AWS.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), analyze feedback, and refine products to maximize usability and performance.
  • Coordinate with IT governance teams to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices across all digital initiatives.
  • Facilitate wireframing sessions with tools like UML diagrams and Microsoft PowerPoint to visualize product concepts for stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future development cycles.

Experience

  • Proven experience managing digital products within a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership in cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile, SAFe, Waterfall methodologies, and project management software such as Jira or TFS.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, SaaS solutions, APIs integration, and database management using SQL.
  • Strong understanding of mobile applications development for iOS and Android platforms using Java or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with requirements gathering techniques, wireframing tools (Balsamiq), test case creation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead product management initiatives involving analytics tools like Looker or similar BI platforms to inform decision-making.
