I’m partnered with a high-growth startup building AI-powered infrastructure that automates deeply operational workflows.

They’re tackling extremely difficult systems problems:

• workflow automation
• orchestration systems
• AI assisted operational tooling
• large scale async processing
• browser + API hybrid integrations
• backend reliability + scalability

This is a product and systems heavy engineering role.

You’d be working on:

• Python backend systems
• workflow orchestration
• automation pipelines
• internal operational tooling
• AI-powered workflow infrastructure
• customer-facing product features

The stack includes:

• Python
• React / TypeScript
• PostgreSQL
• Redis
• APIs + event-driven systems
• automation tooling
• LLM powered workflows

They’re looking for engineers who:

• have experience building production grade systems
• move quickly and operate with high ownership
• enjoy solving messy real world integration problems
• are comfortable across backend and product engineering
• can work closely with operations and users
• have startup instincts and strong product intuition
