Role summary

Genesys is seeking a 100% remote Genesys Cloud GenAI Engineer. This contract role requires expertise in Genesys Cloud platforms, Agentic AI, and Generative AI for CX automation. The ideal candidate will possess Genesys Cloud certifications, full-stack development skills (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Node.js, React.js), and experience with cloud-native AI solutions on AWS. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing digital bots, implementing RAG pipelines, integrating LLMs, and deploying scalable AI applications. Strong understanding of conversational AI, NLU, and contact center domain knowledge is essential.
