Campus Recruiter

Join our dynamic team as a Campus Recruiter! In this role, you’ll drive student recruitment and early‑talent pipeline development by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including campus partners and professional associations. You’ll engage designated institutions, track student interactions and outcomes in the CRM, and support recruitment events and travel across North America. You’ll also stay current on early‑talent and campus recruiting trends to continuously strengthen strategy and impact.

This position is based at our Home Office in Calgary, Alberta.

What Will You Do

• Build and sustain relationships with students, faculty, campus leaders, and external partners
• Establish strategic partnerships with student organizations, academic departments, industry partners, and alumni
• Serve as a key liaison between the university and external stakeholders to support collaboration and sponsorships
• Develop, analyze, and maintain feedback and data systems to generate insights and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and effective use of analytics to inform decision‑making
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on student engagement, recruitment, and industry trends
• Support with program execution and management from end to end
• Support high‑quality event execution through planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication
• Perform additional duties as needed to support team and organizational goals

What Do You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in student engagement, campus recruiting, or a related area to early talent development / recruitment
• Proven ability to design and execute campus engagement strategies, partnerships, and events
• Experience using CRM systems to manage relationships, track engagement, and analyze data
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engagement tools (e.g., events, surveys)
• Demonstrated use of data and technology to improve recruitment and engagement outcomes
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with diverse stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Creative, solutions‑focused mindset with a passion for education and early‑talent development
• Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset
• Willingness and ability to travel across North America as required
