Role summary

Seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with extensive full stack experience and modern AI tooling expertise to join a high-visibility team. The role involves delivering full stack features from frontend to backend, utilizing AI tools across the entire development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, support). Key responsibilities include active use of AI for coding, testing, and workflow automation, while maintaining high standards for quality and maintainability. The position requires 10+ years of experience with .NET/C#, distributed systems, REST APIs, and SQL, alongside 3+ years in human-AI paired development. This is a remote, contract (C2C/1099) position.

We're looking for a seasoned full stack engineer with modern AI tooling experience to join our team:

Skills: Angular/TypeScript Micro frontends | Microservices-.NET / C# and REST APIs-SQL Server-Azure (100% cloud-native) | Azure DevOps CI/CD-Microsoft Azure Platform (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Fabric, PowerApps, etc.)

Experience:10+ years hands-on with .NET/C#, distributed systems, REST APIs, and SQL for enterprise-grade applications-Full stack experience — frontend (Angular/TypeScript), backend, and infrastructure-Strong Git discipline: pull requests, code reviews, and automated testing practices with GitHub Copilot integrated into the workflow-3+ years hands-on experience in Human + AI paired development across the full delivery lifecycle — Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support — using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude (Anthropic), Cursor, Codeium, or equivalent-Experience with AI automation coding — agents, workflows, and LLM-powered tooling-Experience building or integrating with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers-Microsoft Fabric and Power BI experience a plus

What you will do: Deliver full stack features — frontend through backend — on a small, high-visibility team shipping via PR-based CI/CD. AI tooling is a first-class part of how we work, not an afterthought: we expect engineers who actively use it across coding, testing, and workflow automation while holding the bar on quality and maintainability. Pragmatic Agile. No on-call.

C2C / 1099 only. No third-party agencies, please.

Pay: $60.00 - $85.00 per hour
