Sr. Data Scientist
Role summary
We are seeking a Sr. Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy machine learning and GenAI models for advertising use cases, including forecasting, conversion prediction, and bidding optimization. The role involves developing LLM-based solutions using prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG for campaign diagnostics. You will also design and analyze A/B tests and experiments, applying causal inference techniques to measure incremental impact. Ensuring models are scalable, explainable, and production-ready following Responsible AI standards is crucial. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities where data science and AI can drive business outcomes. Proficiency in Python, SQL, ML frameworks, large-scale data platforms like Azure Databricks, and a strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference are required.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
o Design build and deploy machine learning and GenAI models for advertising use cases such as forecasting conversion prediction bidding optimization recommendations and insights
o Develop LLM based solutions using prompt engineering embeddings and basic RAG for campaign diagnostics and decision support
o Design and analyse AB tests and experiments apply causal inference techniques DiD propensity scoring DML uplift modelling to measure true incremental impact
o Ensure models are scalable explainable and production ready following Responsible AI and governance standards
Business Collaboration
o Partner with Cross functional teams product engineering marketing operations to identify and scope highimpact opportunities where data science and AI can drive measurable business outcomes
o Translate strategic objectives into actionable analytical initiatives with clearly defined success metrics and timelines
Required Skills
o Python SQL ML frameworks
o Experience with Azure Databricks or large-scale data platforms
o Strong foundation in statistics experimentation and causal inference
o GenAI experience Prompt engineering LLM evaluation basic RAG
o Good to have Understanding of the Digital Marketing domain
