Role summary

The Information Security Analyst (Centralized Access) will be responsible for facilitating stakeholder engagement and onboarding into a centralized access governance model. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for escalations, inquiries, and exception management, supporting intake for access-related requests, and ensuring adherence to governance standards. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements for centralizing access requests in SailPoint, defining request management frameworks, establishing governance metrics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and IT security controls, aligning with frameworks like NIST. The role requires experience with SailPoint IIQ's Request Management capabilities and understanding of Agile methodologies.

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid- 4 days office)

Job Description/ Responsibilities

  • The Information Security Analyst (3 new resources in total) with experience in Request Management / Centralizing Access Request in SailPoint.
  • Those resources will facilitate stakeholder engagement and onboarding into the centralized access governance model, serve as the governance point of contact for escalations, inquiries, and exception management, support intake management for access-related requests, and ensure adherence to governance standards and processes defined for the centralized access model.

Resources must have:

  • Experience in gathering requirements for centralizing access requests processes/workflows in SailPoint in collaboration with Line of Business.
  • Experience with SailPoint IIQ Request Management capability.
  • Experience working with technology engineering to drive timely delivery of new Request Management feature/functionality in SailPoint IIQ solutions aligned with the IAM strategic roadmap.
  • Experience defining request management framework and capabilities that align with access management control standards and delivers an improved user experience.
  • Interpret internal/external business issues and recommend best practices.
  • Experience establishing request management governance metrics and reporting, including KRIs and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development of business process and the deployment of IT Security controls, IAM solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive team player with effective time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to research, analyze and problem-solve issues.
  • Understanding and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Identify control solutions that will increase IAM maturity to align with NIST.
  • Consult on Regulatory compliance requirements, reporting and questions.
