UIUX Designer
Role summary
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic and innovative digital agency. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and designing visually appealing interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite, and excellent collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities
User Research:
Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points through various methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Wireframing and Prototyping:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and user flows.
UI Design:
Design visually appealing interfaces that are consistent with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
Interaction Design:
Develop interactive design elements and ensure a seamless user journey across different devices and platforms.
Usability Testing:
Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve functionality and user satisfaction.
Collaboration:

Design Systems:
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products
Qualifications
Experience:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
User-Centric Mindset:
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
